Once GreenIT Pickup removes equipment from your location, ownership of the equipment transfers to GreenIT Pickup. We reserve the right to recycle, resell, refurbish, or dispose of the equipment at our discretion. GreenIT Pickup is not obligated to return any equipment after pickup.

GreenIT Pickup reserves the right to refuse pickup of any equipment that does not meet our eligibility criteria, including but not limited to items containing hazardous materials, broken CRT monitors, or non-IT-related waste.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
GreenIT Pickup reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
