Do you clean out an entire office?

We remove approved business IT equipment rather than providing general junk removal. Send photos of the space and identify the electronics you want removed so we can separate the qualifying IT scope from furniture, trash, and building materials.

Is the pickup really free?

Pickup is free when the business IT load qualifies. Qualification depends on equipment type, quantity, condition, location, access, and labor. We confirm the scope before scheduling; we do not promise every load is free.

Can you work around a move-out or lease deadline?

Often, yes. Include the hard deadline, loading-dock rules, building hours, elevator reservation, certificate-of-insurance requirements, and parking limitations in the request so we can confirm availability.

What happens to computers with data?

Identify all known data-bearing equipment before pickup. Our standard media process is aligned with NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 guidance when the media supports an appropriate sanitization method. Onsite physical drive crushing and enhanced documentation can also be scoped.

Will you take printers and copiers during a cleanout?

They may be approved as ride-along items when the project includes enough qualifying business IT equipment. Printers and copiers alone do not qualify for free pickup.

What photos should I send?

Send a few wide shots of the entire load, close-ups of model families or rack contents, and photos showing stairs, docks, elevators, or other access constraints. You do not need a perfect spreadsheet to start.
