Business Printer & Copier Recycling in DFW

Have printers or copiers left after an office refresh? They may be approved to ride along when GreenIT Pickup collects a qualifying load of servers, computers, storage, or enterprise networking equipment from your business.

What You Can Expect

Built Around Business IT Projects

Convenient Ride-Along Service

Approved printers and copiers can leave on the same visit as a qualifying server, computer, or networking-equipment load.

No Drop-Off Run

We collect the approved mixed load at your DFW business instead of asking your staff to transport bulky equipment.

Data-Bearing Devices Flagged

Tell us which multifunction devices have hard drives or flash storage so the media path can be scoped before pickup.

The Process

From Photos to Finished Pickup

1

2

Identify Data Media

Note any known hard drives, SSDs, flash modules, retained address books, or required custody controls.

3

Confirm Ride-Alongs

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you pick up only a printer or copier?
No. Printers and copiers never qualify for free pickup on their own. We evaluate them as possible ride-along items with a qualifying business IT load.
What should be in the qualifying load?
Useful servers, computers, storage systems, and enterprise network equipment commonly strengthen a project. Qualification is case by case and also depends on quantity, condition, location, access, and labor.
Do office copiers store data?
Many multifunction devices contain hard drives, solid-state storage, or other memory used for jobs, address books, credentials, or logs. Check the model documentation and your internal policy, then identify any media that must be sanitized or physically destroyed.
Can a copier drive be crushed onsite?
Potentially, if the media can be safely identified and removed and the project is scoped for onsite physical destruction. The appropriate method depends on the media type, the device, and the customer’s written requirements.
Can loose toner and ink ride along?
Do not assume loose consumables are accepted. Photograph and list cartridges, toner, ink, and maintenance kits separately so we can confirm what can travel with the equipment.
How do I get a quick eligibility answer?
Send wide photos showing the entire mixed IT load, separate photos of each floor-standing copier, the pickup ZIP code, floor or dock access, and the desired timeline.

Tell Us What You Need Removed

Send equipment types, approximate quantities, photos, ZIP code, access details, and any data-handling requirements. We will confirm what qualifies and how the project should be scoped.
